I don’t know about you but, Monday came and left so fast right?! Well, we haven’t really seen the sun here in Houston for quite some time now. So that means that I am officially counting down the days until I see the sun and feel some warmer weather. It has been so cold and rainy to say the least. Last week Sofia and I literally stayed home all week long……….so I am hopeful that we will have some better weather soon!

If you’re familiar with Houston you may know that it’s rodeo season for us, and if you have not been, I suggest that you make a trip out here to see what all the fuss is about. From the delicious fried Nutella, fried Oreos, turkey legs and all the cute little animals! It’s something I do not like to miss but so far the weather has not been cooperating. So really really hoping the weather clears up so that I can shoot some spring looks and make my way to the rodeo.

While I wish for some warmer weather and reasons to dress up in spring attire, I found this adorable silk mini dress that I consider to be is perfect for spring! It comes in several colors too. It was a tough call between this one and the yellow one. I couldn’t decide because they all looked sooooo good!! I ended up getting this coral color because it is a color that goes well with any skin tone. I will say that it runs a little small in my opinion. I had a little trouble getting it passed my shoulders even though it has a side zipper. But once I pushed through it fit really well all around. It didn’t rise which is good thing, considering that it is a mini dress. I wore nude strappy sandals, and gold accessories.

Thank you for reading and following along with me.. <3

xoxo,

Kris
